We’re pretty confident you’re going to love your CC, but if you need to swap it for another size or just want to return it, here’s how you do it…
You’ve got 30 days to return your order for an exchange or a full refund. Please note, the item should be in the condition in which you received it, with original tags still attached.
We are currently not able to provide shipping labels for returns. Please send us an email at info@charli-cohen.com to coordinate your return or exchange.
We will notify you and process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive your item.
Please be aware that sales item will not be replenished, and all sales items are considered final, with no refunds or returns accepted. We kindly ask you to shop with mindfulness and consider your purchases carefully.
